As every betch knows, stores like Forever 21, H&M and even Urban Outfitters are filled with best kept secret pieces that can change an outfit from drab to fab, but betches like to stand out; to have clothes that not just any betch can have access to. The starfish cuff is all over the internet ranging from $20-$100+, and guess what? -- Sarah B got hers for $15!
